Terms
A few things to know
about using Repleni.
Terms for the current offline Android version of Grocery & Pantry: Repleni.
1. Who Repleni is for
Repleni is intended for ages 13 and above. If you are not old enough to agree to terms on your own under the law where you live, a parent or guardian must help you and provide any required permission.
App availability depends on Google Play and local requirements. The current interface is English; availability in a country is not a promise of support for every language.
2. The current service
The offline version provides personal grocery lists and shopping-budget planning on your device. No account is required. Budget totals depend on the quantities and prices you enter; they are estimates, not live prices or financial advice.
Cloud sync, household sharing, cloud recovery, paid subscriptions, pantry tracking, automatic recurring lists and phone reminders are not available in this version.
3. Your lists and permitted use
You keep your rights in the information you enter. The offline app uses your local information to provide the features you choose; these terms do not grant a right to sell or publish your grocery content.
Use Repleni lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not use support channels to send malicious files or harass anyone, or attempt unauthorised access to services.
The app includes open-source components. Their applicable licences remain in force and can be viewed through the app's open-source notices. These terms do not take away rights granted by those licences.
4. Your device and data
There is no cloud copy of your grocery lists in the offline version. Clearing app storage, uninstalling the app, losing your device or a device failure can result in data loss. Keep a separate record of anything essential; we cannot restore a local list from a server.
Read the privacy policy and deletion guide for the available controls. There is no Repleni account to close in this version.
5. Important limits
Software can have errors or interruptions. Grocery budgets and any future pantry dates are planning aids, not guarantees of prices, savings or food safety. Check product labels and use your own judgement about food.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration, an exclusive court requirement or a monetary liability cap.
6. Payments and future Pro features
The current offline version cannot sell you a Pro subscription. No subscription charge or renewal obligation is created by using it.
If monthly Pro becomes available, its price, renewal, cancellation, refund and data-retention terms will be explained before purchase. Android purchases are planned through Google Play. Paid availability and prices will require separate country-by-country configuration. No promised launch date is part of these terms.
7. Changes and stopping use
You can stop using the offline app at any time. To remove information, follow the deletion guide; simply closing the app does not erase its storage.
If the service or these terms change materially, an appropriate notice will explain the change and any necessary acceptance process. New account or paid features will not be silently activated under these terms.
